How Do I Track My Order?
Order Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, you’ll get a
shipping confirmation email sent to the email address that you provided at
checkout. Click the "Track Your Order" button and you'll be able to
follow your order all the way from our shipping center to your door.
Your Account: If you registered, you can also get
order status information by logging into your account and clicking the
"VIEW" button in your order history. The "TRACK ORDER" link
will be provided on the left side of the page.
NOTE: It may take around 24 hours for tracking info to display on the carrier’s
websites.
How Do I Return or Exchange My Order?
Every item we sell comes with our 30-day money back guarantee. If you would like to return a product for any reason, just send it back to us with your order number, full name, address, and daytime phone number or include a copy of your email receipt within 30 days. Please also include a note stating the reason you’re returning each item.

We strive to provide you with the most accurate product availability information possible, but due to the dynamic nature of our online business we are not responsible if our stock becomes depleted prior to an inventory update.
